Everyone will be involved with technology in some way throughout their professional life. Today’s technologies help companies to work more efficiently, provide insights or push their operations towards the next level. As an external community organizer, you will help equip students with essential digital skills by setting up workshops, often in collaboration with external partners. You will be responsible for selecting relevant topics, finding the right partners, and shaping how each topic is delivered. During these workshops, participants will also get hands-on experience with the latest digital innovations.
In addition to organizing workshops, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening the community. You will organize Founder Drinks to create informal networking opportunities between students and entrepreneurs. You will set up workshops in collaboration with other organizations, launch a first-year engagement program to introduce new students to NEXT, and take charge of promoting NEXT to the broader public through initiatives like promo booths and other visibility actions.
